Welcome to the Volunteer list
I designed The Volunteer List after watching my wife (a teacher) struggle with coordinating lists of room moms, teachers, students and other volunteers. She would send home a sign-up sheet, and then after several days of waiting for the sheets to come back, she would have to attempt to put them all together and would end up with duplicates and missing items.
Then we thought - there has to be a better way to do this. THIS IS THE BETTER WAY.
The Volunteer List is an easy and cheap way (just 99¢
per event) to coordinate donations, events, conferences, parties, meetings and volunteer times with your room moms, students and fellow teachers. After registering with our site, you will be given a personal URL (http://www.thevolunteerlist.com/YOUR_UNIQUE_ID) to give out to your group. All you need to do is distribute the URL, and we will handle the rest. No registration is required from your group, and filling out the sign-up form is fast!
Your event will be available for 60 days after registration and will be saved on our server for future use.
